About One Less Hat

One Less Hat provides marketing training, coaching and support for small businesses. As a small business owner, you have limited time and budget, because you must "wear so many hats" and make sure every aspect of your business is running smoothly. Our goal is to give you one less thing to worry about: your marketing.

About the Instructor

Hi there - I'm Alicia Olsen, the founder/CEO of One Less Hat, and the primary instructor for our online school. As a small business owner myself, I know how tough it is to juggle the many aspects of running a business, many of them not in my realm of expertise. 

That's why I created One Less Hat, to support other small business owners who need a little help with marketing. I know you likely can't afford to hire a full-time marketing employee, or a marketing agency/consultant to support you. But that doesn't mean you can't have powerful marketing that gets results. With over 10 years in the marketing industry, I share small, low-budget tips that make a big impact, so you can take advantage of small business marketing strategies. My goal is to help you implement new strategies fast, to maximize your time and resources. 

Alicia has over 10 years of experience in marketing, consulting with small businesses and providing online learning opportunities. She has a BA from Marquette University and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
